I have had my haircut by both Rachel and Shelby and they both do a fantastic job. My hair is thick and long which can be difficult to cut but it always comes out great.

Both my wife and I go to Rachel's Reflection Salon for haircuts. The staff is efficient, friendly and are skilled stylists. We are both very satisfied with the people who work there, the cleanliness of the shop, the cuts they give us and the affordable prices charged. Our go-to salon in Banner Elk.

I have naturally curly hair and find it difficult to find someone who can cut/trim it without making it too short. Rachael and Hannah have both colored, highlighted and trimmed my hair. They really take their time with you and listen to your needs.
