I would give 10 stars if I could! We were stuck on the side of the road waiting on AAA (for 3 hours) and they had nobody to send to us… After making one phone call to Spencer’s Garage, we had a tow truck at our location within 20 minutes!!! Very professional, friendly, and prompt service! He kept us updated with ETA and even helped us with another car problem we had with a completely different car! Thank you Spencer’s Garage!!!

He does awesome work and has a great work ethic! I will say, he is NOT the cheapest but you get what you pay for! So if you're a cheap person, trying to get something for nothing, keep it moving!!

$350 for a police tow complete rip off and $300 more if he tows it 25 miles away to where I need it. Also told if I don’t get it by 5:00 it’s additional 65 plus gate fee. Complete rip off. Taking advantage of the sitting the best possible.

I'm sure lots of towing businesses try to cheat people out of money all the time but just reviewing this company so no one has to deal with what happened to us. My husband was in an accident and the police called in Spencer's towing to take our car. We wanted it taken home and told the guy that we wanted it taken home multiple times and he just kept trying to get us to have it taken with him, even tho the only reason is probably because he wanted the storage fee from us. After the first time we asked him to take it home he told us we'd have to pay that day and we were fine with that, then he was telling us that our insurance should cover it but what does he know? He's not our insurance provider and we don't know this guy. We continue to tell him we want the car taken home and told him our address and then went to the hospital. Turns out he didn't take it home he took it to the company. We tried making calls to find out why and he says my husband told him to take it?! I know for a fact that wasn't true I was on the phone with him while they talked. Now after all that we get ready to go get the car an he says he'll be out for two hours (again probably just to get more money). Anyway if you're looking to get towed around here make sure it's not this company.

Anthony is honest, knows his craft, and does great work in a very reasonable time span. Anytime I've got a problem with my vehicle, he's my first choice for repair. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Set up a day and time for a tow, told to call him in the morning, said he was busy doing something else. Told me to call him next morning, no answer, never called back. I drove an hour twice to meet up for the tow. Complete waste of time
