I do NOT recommend this business to anyone. Bought tires here for several years and had good service. During my last visit, I waited for over 1.5 hours with an appointment. Several "walk ins" were served first. After my tires were put on, the owner checked me out and told me to go to the back of the shop to get my car. I walked up to the driver's side of my car and started my car not knowing that the passenger side tire had not yet been put on. I tried to drive away unaware of this situation. The owner, who had come to the back of the shop, raised his voice at me in front of several of his employees. I was extremely embarrassed. After the other tire was put on and as I was leaving, an employee whispered in my ear not to worry, this was typical behavior for this owner. This was a humiliating experience and hope no one else is ever put in this position again at Claybrook Tires in Stoneville. After the owner returned back to the customer waiting area, he stated he didn't need my business according to an acquaintance who was still waiting for tires. I have recommended several people to this shop in the past, but never gain. Lynn's Tire Barn is much friendlier and MUCH better customer service!

I concur with the other top review(s). At Claybrook Tire, you get efficient and friendly service, along with good prices. They know what they are doing. I drive from Greensboro to their store with all the family's vehicles. They aren't trying to sell me all kinds of extra stuff either. Go there. You will not be disappointed.
