I woke up this morning to a flat tire on my truck. After pumping it back up Infound a piece of metal stuck in it. I got on my way and then called Tiremax to see about having it repaired or replaced. They got me in the same day for a repair.
The waiting area in the business is comfortable and they have free WiFi available. After a short wait they came back and said they were able to repair the tire. I was then handed an invoice that said $0!
I did not buy the tires on my truck from Tiremax (they came on it new). I was not expecting the repair to be done for free and would have happily paid for their work. I’m sure they did this as a courtesy to earn my future business and it worked! I will be taking my vehicles to Tiremax from now on whenever they need any non-warranty repairs or new tires.

We blew a tire a day before leaving for vacation. Jennifer and Brady went above and beyond to track down a replacement tire and get us taken care of so we didn’t have to cancel our trip! Customer service like this is why we always use them for all of our vehicle car needs. Thanks Tire Max!

They tried to sell me a new radiator and numerous parts. It just needed coolant according to another shop. It runs fine now. I found out the mechanics work on commission.

Tire Max in Stokesdale, NC is the best around! I had a 10am appointment and wanted to drop off my car early and they were courteous enough to let me in and set me up a bit before they officially opened. To my surprise my car is done before the scheduled appointment. This is typical service for these good folks. I have bought tires for all of my vehicles here and plan to continue to lean on them for vehicle maintenance in the future!
