Eurohaus is awesome. Super professional and friendly staff, excellent accommodations, and competitive up front pricing, no surprises. I used to take my 2020 BMW to the dealership and they’d try and gouge me on every service possible, many of which were completely unnecessary. These guys have years of experience with European models so go in confidence. I’ll never go to the dealership again!

UPDATE: Eurohaus continues to provide us with exceptional service! We've had our BMW in several times since my 1st review, and their service has actually exceed perfection. I've never done business with a firm I trust more than Eurohaus. Any other service business could have easily charged us for what turned out to be a warranty repair, but Eurohaus investigated the problem and found there was an outstanding BMW issue on the vehicle. They took the car to the BMW dealer for repair and picked it up days later and charged us nothing at all! For us, that proved their high ethics and concern for going the extra mile for their customers. We truly appreciate the entire staff.

Eurohaus is amazing! I needed a part for my BMW and called Eurohaus right at closing time. Chris was so helpful, looking up the part and verifying he could have it the next day. I jokingly told him if he made that happen I would bring homemade chocolate chip cookies. Sure enough the part arrived the next morning and, good on my promise, I arrived with fresh from the oven cookies for the crew.
I was so please at how friendly and accommodating everyone at Eurohaus was. They patiently listened to my questions about my new-to-me BMW and gave me recommendations on service schedules and care.
Oh, I forgot to mention as I was chatting, I was surprised to learn the part I needed was being installed on my car!
There is no doubt I will be a regular customer of Eurohaus!

I contacted Eurohaus as a last resort to get my van repaired without having to take it to a dealer. Emil was so great! He went out of his way to contact my warranty company and smooth the way for my repair to get done. Eurohaus was the ONLY garage that was willing to not only do the repair, but to contact a company on my behalf. When I picked up my repaired van, I met Emil and he was just as nice in person. Eurohaues stands by the repairs for much longer than I expected. They have earned my business. They itemized coat was reasonable and the work was flawless. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.
