I tried to buy two disney gift cards the lady up at the front said that you had to pay with cash is that true or false?

Had receipt for items bought, Did not want back on the card cause I did not have it. Lied to me and stated its Policy not to give cash back. Ass manager told me this Baloney. Other DG stores will give cash back with receipt. Bad Management.
