He reviews my policies every year to get me the best possible deal for my current situation in life. He even spoke with my two daughters right before they started driving. Sometimes the “talk” means more coming from someone you really don’t know more than from a parent. He’s responsive and he really cares about his clients.All the staff that I’ve dealt with are exceptional; but I must give a shout out to Chastity Spofford, another fan fav!! She is exceptional at what she does.My most recent experience with THE bank of Oak Ridge, left me saying to my wife as I was walking out, “you know the service at the Bank of Oak Ridge is exceptional.” Sonia Torres appeared that she was pressed for time, as if she had an appointment to make, but realized we had been waiting, only for a short amount of time, but we were still waiting for help. “The Bank of Oak Ridge hands down is the best banking and customer service anywhere. Every encounter we have had for years has been with knowledgeable, friendly, and professional people. Most recently, we needed assistance while traveling abroad. Even though it was in the afternoon on a busy Friday, Natalie Payne listened to our situation, gave us advice, and sent us the appropriate forms to do what was needed. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of securely, quickly, and as though we were right there at the location.”

“I've been banking here almost a decade; since back when they were New Bridge Bank. I've always enjoyed the friendly service, and the accuracy and efficiency of this branch. I do wish they were open weekends, but it's not a huge deal; especially with the 24 hour ATM and online services First National provides.Plus, it's a good setup spot for Goodwill each weekend.Also, this branch does not have a coinstar machine; so if you're bringing in change, the coins need to be rolled.”

“I received a call from the Greensboro location today (I live in another city). The person I spoke with is Nakia (so sorry if I butchered her name). I just want to say she is amazing. Someone apparently came in to their location with a fake ID trying to use my information to access my account, and Nakia immediately recognized that it was suspicious, took the person's fake ID, and contacted me directly. Thank you so much for being diligent and proactive in protecting your clients. I am so appreciative beyond measure! You are awesome.”
“This is genuinely the best service I've had at a bank or anywhere else. I went by there to speak with a representative about student loans. A kind man opened the door for me, greeted me, and immediately sat me down with who I needed to speak to. No fuss or difficulties. The banker I met with was incredibly friendly and gave me all the information I needed in a timely manner.”
“I've banked with PNC for years and they are the best! The kernersville branch has always treated me well. I've had some very difficult and specific issues and they have helped me handle them with little to no trouble at all. Michelle and Mindy specifically are absolute rockstars.
All communications has been prompt and easy to follow. If they are unable to do something, they are honest about it. System issues have happened before and delayed things but that is literally just a system issue and it was communicated promptly and clearly so I was able to get my transactions completed.
I absolutely love PNC. Be it online, over the phone or in person, they will do what they can to help if they are able. All of the staff I have had interactions with have been so understanding and kind, which is very much appreciated. Customer service is superb.”
“Being meaning to write a review from a few months ago and found Jahyra Robinson's card in my wallet. She is a Officer Relationship Banker and she was very polite and courteous during my application for new credit card. The process was done in less than 30 minutes and our cards arrived a few days later in the mail. I highly recommend using Jahyra for any of your banking needs.
I do want to mention upon calling a closer location on Pisgah Road that the person answering for appointment put me on hold and finally I had to hang up. That is when I called the New Garden location.

“I enjoy interacting with the State Employees Credit Union. They are fast, polite and most of the time willing to make the extra effort. The rates are typical for the area. The building was in immaculate shape. No line at this location and it was the lunch hour. This place get 5 thumbs up! Check it out today if you qualify for membership. Note: I did not take pictures because I did not want the employees to think I was casing the place. Recommend!”
“This is a wonderful bank with which to do business. Not only are the employees friendly and gracious, everyone is extremely knowledgeable. I am amazed at the variety of services the tellers can perform without sending you off to someone else. When employees do not have an answer, they arrange to connect you with someone in the bank who does. I recently learned that Pinnacle Bank only employees persons with five years previous banking experience. It shows! Angie and the remainder of the staff know how to treat people. It makes me actually enjoy going to the bank.”

“My wife and I have been banking with this bank for years. We were glad to see the same friendly faces when the bank changed from SunTrust to First Horizon. The 5-Star customer service we have always received from Ashley Snead, Universal Banker and David Baker, Insurance and Annuities has been exceptional. To illustrate, Ashley made wiring money to our clients an easy process. Moreover, when I needed a new ATM card David made me one right on the spot at the branch. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly making you want to visit the bank. I know it is no easy task to operate a bank. However, you would never know of all the hard work being done in the background because the bank is run flawlessly. The Operations Manager Renee Payton is a superb manager. Her leadership focuses on taking care of her Staff, making her Customer’s experience excellent, and helping her Staff together with her Customers on their banking journey. I give them 5-Stars!”
