Friendly staff and never an issue with the Stem office. Only issues were packages getting hung up at the hub and never making it to Stem. Mail is delivered on time and packages are placed in designated places. Great service.

Very friendly staff, mail person delivers mail, i've never had any issues that have not been resolved. Packages arrive where they are supposed to. Very nice local post office with friendly staff

I am concerned for the people that are currently working in this post office and the mail delivery drivers. I can only come to the conclusion that they are severely underpaid. Bad management problems with in or something of that nature. Ive come to this conclusion because it's evident that they are under too much pressure to deliver mail or they are purposely stealing packages.. Any bill that comes to me home that is delivered by this USPS office never goes missing. Paper mail never fails to reach me. What's going on inside this post office? What mail man or woman is going through such a difficult time that causes them to continously not deliver my packages? I have an arrow point to my drive way. I have Crystal clear numbers displayed on my mailbox...

When I tracked my package the Postmaster had stated on line that I asked the post office to hold my package....That is untrue! Then she put on line that I refused the package. That is also not true! The Stem Post Office has continued to breach USPS delivery contracts with businesses for years. They should leave the package delivery to Amazon, FedEx etc. and stop telling LIES on the customers! I paid upfront for my package to be put on my doorstep! I would not ask the post office to hold it!

I have had problems with USPS over the years but it had always been at the national level. The local folks in stem do a great job getting my family and I our mail . Never a problem.

13 years of damaged packages, opened mail, missing mail, receiving other people's mail and every time I say something they play games with me and say no one ever complains and stops bringing me my mail for a month.
I questioned the mail person for throwing my package this time and now I don't receive any mail. No packages, no slips saying I have a package, no bills, no medical information from the VA . Being a combat disabled veteran that is dangerous because now i do not get my medicine which at about 20 - 30 pills a day that should be some sort of attempted murder

2 packages missing in 1 month all they can say is it was delivered from the scan?! Well we have cameras now and witnessed our last package not be delivered. How does this keep happening and nobody even 2nd guess but defend this?
