My husband got me a beautiful bracelet from Wooten Jewelers. It was a little too big but they resized my bracelet at no cost. They also fixed a ring and a necklace for a very small fee. Great customer service.

I have purchased jewelry at Wootens for my wife and have enjoyed the owners care for customers. Wootens was recommended by Peak Eye Care to fix my broken titanium eyeglass frames. For only $29.00 Wootens son or in-law welded my broken frames and did a brilliant job. The craftsmanship to weld the frames back together was outstanding. I priced the same necklace in three jewelry stores; two in Mooresville and also Wooten’s. Wooten’s had by far the best price. This was a specially made necklace and charm combination that I asked them to make and they did a superb job and I love it!

Friendly staff. First time in, a battery for my watch was done in minutes for just a few dollars.Everyone was friendly and on a first name basis. I've had two rings resized and purchased two different necklaces. The first necklace was replaced with the second due to a manufacturing error.We were both patient with the original necklace and would finally purchase a piece that is unique and more my style. Mmmm

Wooten jewelers is the best place I have gotten a ring. I lost my diamond in my engagement ring, less than a month I had it, when I took it back in. I wasn't expecting for them to replace the diamond, but they actually replaced it and fixed my ring. I'm so grateful for them fixing my ring. I'll be shopping there for now on for jewelry.

So I had three rings I got given to me by my grandpa that passed away kept one out of the three and went to the for an appraisal and they appraised the one for 500 and the other for 2-4thousand and I got 1400 for the set . 4-5 months later I got back in to get my ring cleaned and they have it on sale for 21,000 that’s not even 6 percent of the ring worth never ever go here to get your ring appraised they will lie and cheat you out of your jewelry thinking you have gotten a great deal . Thanks again for not only lying to my face but also making me never ever recommend a single person to your jewelry store

Nothing is better than a small, family-run jewelers. I came here originally to purchase a pair of titanium earrings. They didn't carry them in stock, but were able to order them and I picked them up in a very timely manner. Everyone was polite, friendly and very helpful. My husband went back there, unbeknownst to me, to shop for a piece of jewelry for Mother's Day. They didn't have what he wanted so they made it for him. Yes, their goldsmith custom made it. Needless to say, I'm ecstatic with my gift and thrilled that it was handmade for me. The shop itself is located in the heart of historic Statesville, easy to find. It's nostalgic inside and they decorate for every holiday. I wholeheartedly recommend Wooten's for excellent, old-fashion service we all deserve.

Wootens is a part of Iredell co. that has always done upstanding business. Best people and prices around. Dont go to Charlotte when you can get a better deal here.
