I have been twice and even my girlfriend has gone and they say that they do not have bankers available to help you, nor do they give you an appointment to go at another time, very bad placeIf you don't have bankers to serve your clients, simply close that branch. It seems outrageous to me to waste the time of going and not being able to do anything.

I would give this place a -1 star if I could. The woman there not even going to call her lady, was extremely rude and condescending towards my mom who is a senior lady. My mom was simply trying to open a regular checking account with a letter she had received that included a code for a bonus when opening the account. Not only did they waste my mom's time but also made her physically sick from the stress this woman and the bank caused her. Hopefully customer service to the most evil. Stay away from this branch and probably the bank if they have people like this representing them.

Two times I have visited here and both times were slow and inconsiderate service. Please hire more efficient people.

ETA: DESPITE WF'S RESPONSE BELOW, I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM THE EMAIL I SENT ABOUT LEIDA AND CAMRYN SMITH 'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW THEY WILL RECTIFY.As a long term customer for 28 years, I have been making one or two cash (bills) deposit transactions at the drive thru every week. Today, Leida, whom I have never seen there before, refused to take my transaction because she didn't want to count the money (in their machine which takes seconds- no different cashing a drive thru's check and counting out their money). She told me I had to go inside. When I asked why? She took the deposits and did her job without saying a word but was clearly angry. When she returned my deposit slips, Camryn Smith, service manager, whom I never seen there before, came to the window screaming at me I had no right to use the drive thru and I was so inconsiderate of all the other drive thru customers. She was belligerent, waving her finger at me, and very rude. Then walked off. I asked Leida for her name because I was going to report their odd rude behavior. She refused and told me I better leave. I told her I will not leave until I get that rude lady's name. After a few minutes of refusal, they gave me her business card, Camryn Smith. I have reported her to the complaints department (Deidre) and was told I had every right to be in that drive thru line and they did not understand why i was told off like that. Every other employee I had dealt with prior to this incident has been friendly and very accommodating to every customer they encountered..

Dear Lorddttttt why are they so slow? Incompetent?! And RUDE AS ALL GET OUT! DO YOUR JOB OR FIND A NEW ONE!!!! First Union is rolling in her grave!!!! (And my mother was a teller there who is also rolling in her grave!!!

No mention of appointment needed on website. Took son to open first account and turned away.Good thing other banks available.Overall decor also looks dirty, so maybe not a bad thing!

Card got compromised yesterday went in today for a temporary card come to find out wells Fargo always inconveniencing customers as usual. I started banking with first union. Then came walk all over ya I mean Wachovia whoops... it's amazing wells can out do walk all over ya because they were horrible. 2 thumbs down for wells again
