This place doesn’t deserve any stars. Waited in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes to pick up vital meds for my 2 year old just to be rudely told I had to wait in another line where I waited for another 20 minutes. When I got to counter, they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. They called to inform it was ready so I went back to the pharmacy and waited in line for another 20 minutes. When I get to the counter, they tell me that it is not ready and it will have to be mixed. After 1 hour and 15 minutes they told me that they didn’t take tricare insurance (military insurance). This place is staffed incompetent employees and the company is unpatriotic and despises military veterans.

Was looking for some items from the pharmacy in the OTC section and a couple of items in the Personal Care section which is right next to the Pharmacy. Found one item on my own but could not find the others and no store employees in sight. After about 15 minutes one walked by and I grabbed her (not literally) She was heading elsewhere in the store but finally reluctantly agreed to help me find my items. They had what I wanted but between the two of us, it took another 15 minutest of find the last three. In that time, we never did see another store employee. Walmart has cut staffing back by so much that it's doing a disservice to their customers. The only reason they did not score lower was that they did have what I needed and I give them credit for that.

This is the only location in my hometown so it is my go-to store but only for convenience reasons. I usually leave disappointed because the store didn't have what I needed and I drive to a Walmart in a nearby town. For the size of this store, the selections are very limited. The store does have Women's, Men's and Children's clothing and shoes, there is a Grocery, Pharmacy, Garden and Automotive section. I do not use any of these services from this store. The store also has a Vision Center, an Eye Exam Office, a Bank, a Hair Salon and a Nail Salon. I currently only patronize the Vision Center and the Eye Exam Office. There is also a Money Center in the middle of the store front across from Customer Service. I occasionally will grab stamps or a money order here just out of convenience. I just want more from this Walmart because it's in my hometown and I don't want to drive 30 minutes to another but the nearby locations do offer a better selection and I leave with products in hand 9 times out of 10! If I do by chance find something on my list and I make it to the checkout area, I will choose self checkout or go through the Garden Center because the other lines are either too long or the staff are not very friendly! I've started using the Walmart App and having items shipped to my home because of this store's lacking!

I like Walmart both Statesville and Mooresville NC. BUT not happy with their pick up orders. My mom sent me a gift for Thanksgiving, she sent it for pickup at Statesville instead of Mooresville which is closer to me. Beside that a long time on chat (phone call not available) all the questions, just to be told, no pickup store can not be changed; unless it's canceled. My mom had trouble makers the order ( she hates computers) let alone cancel n re order. No, I'll tell her not to order again for pickups.

Prices are cheaper on some medications but that depends if you factor in your time for waiting and then things not being ready. I am in the medical profession and understand all the need to save time and money. All I can say is check prices and evaluate your time sometimes the rare small town pharmacy is a better choice. 2 stars because it's not as bad when you have enough staff working and aren't on a skeleton crew on the weekend.

The woman who answered the phone this morning Pauline I think was rude. I have had terrific service from everyone there until today. Pauline go home if you can't be nicer. Really close to changing to the pharmacy at Davis

Does not fill prescriptions in timely matter. Super slow take two days to fill one prescription! There is no need in have workers so slow that they do not do their jobs properly.
