I've used them multiple times. Always prompt, fair priced, and can handle any issue. If they can't help they will refer you but they have always been able to take care of my issues. I'll always go to them for any fixes I need.

I recently moved back to Statesville and I wanted to find a reliable and trustworthy place to service my German car. Voelske Automotive came highly recommended from several friends so I chose Voelske when I was having issues with my check engine light and again later when the annual A service was due. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, quality of work, and honesty of the staff. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Normally this place is pretty good I've been a loyal customer for years just recently I took my jaguar in for a leaking brake hose on the rear right side of the vehicle. I dished out $383 I believe and 2 Days later the brakes weren't working I went back and was told that I needed a master brake cylinder and dished out an additional 545. A week later yesterday driving to the gas station and I have no breaks at all almost had an accident in the car made a loud popping noise and started smoking from under the hood. Thank God I was only a mile away from my house and it was downhill so I just rolled as far as I could until the car stopped. Headed towed back to Veloske. I believe that the mechanic who worked on my car made errors. I just wanted to do right by me and fix my jaguar to run safe as it did before. I do not have another eight or $900. NO MORE MONEY. Sorry that I may have to contact better Business bureau or a lawyer

Miracle workers... at Christmas 2022 no less!My family was returning from a December Holiday visit when we had car trouble... pulled over to the side of the road... and were stranded --- at night.Basically, a worst-case scenario, with smoke, leaks and the serpentine belt hanging from the bottom of the engine compartment.John and Michael Voelske quickly fixed the newer-ish model Mercedes-Benz and got us back on the road.They Absolutely Saved Christmas.Every member of the group at this family-owned business is nice, friendly, very fast and good communicators.They have very reasonable pricing... and even helped us a bit with transportation around town.The correct Google Maps for this group is Voelske Automotive, with 103 reviews and a near 5-STAR Rating.I'm adding my experience here, on this page, to help this post --- and to confirm that they can really handle Foreign Import Cars, like the Benz.I highly recommend Voelske Automotive to you... and am grateful for the above and beyond professionalism!

Outstanding family owned shop! If there were more than five stars to rate it I would have gladly done so. My car broke down ten miles from their shop and a passerby recommended them. Apparently the passerby was my angel! It seems my engine blew. I was alone and bereft with the situation and what to do one and a half hours from home. One family member found me a motel to my liking and drove me there. They were going to try to identify any way the car might be drivable again. That same family member picked me up the following morning to return me to the shop. Another family member took her time to offer me her sympathies and empathy for my situation. Then the owner offered me options for my next move never trying to persuade me to buy parts and labor for a car that may never work again. He then quite unselfishly offered to keep my car at his shop while I tried to sell it. He refused to take any remuneration from me. He helped me sell it and then executed the sale for me so I would not need to drive down there to do so. This is one quality auto shop whose integrity is beyond reproach. As an older, single woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars I am beyond grateful not to have been taken advantage of. Trust in your auto care is so important. You'd be right to place your trust here.

Can't say enough good things about Voelske. I'd driven in from Texas to visit family for a couple of days, only to have the transmission mount bolts fail when I got to town, including stripping the threads for one. Went to Voelske on the recommendation of my brother-in-law and couldn't be happier. Super friendly, they managed to squeeze me in same day and had it back running before closing. Very reasonable bill. Highly, highly recommended.

I drive a Volkswagen and was referred to Voelske from another garage. Voelske has gone above and beyond to correctly diagnose my car's recent issue and then repair the issue. This family garage is fair and honest.

If you've got a foreign car, these are the guys to go to. They did a marvelous job of sleuthing out a problem I had with my Mitsubishi Eclipse that another shop couldn't figure out -- and they'd had the car for a week! Definitely first class, all the way.
