I went into the store with a serious issue with my wife's phone. I'd been back and forth with Asurion to get a device replaced, but after several calls, I ended up getting the run around again. Thankfully, Chris Crutchfield was there to help me. He didn't give up and finally got everything figured out, and our phone was on the way. Thank you, Chris.

Best customer experience ever with Verizon sales consultant Katie Holcombe. I have been a customer for over 19 years with Verizon I have been in dozens of Verizon stores. Katie listened to my issues and gave me options to choose from…
She had a great balance of empathy and genuine care. I felt like the most important customer in the store. She handled all my needs and answered all my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. Give this lady a raise! I told all my friends and family about this amazing customer experience. You need more employees like Katie Holcombe.
