Been there several times, great service every single time. They are NOT Verizon corporate (there's another store in Statesville that is), but they can do most everything need, even better.

I went to the Verizon store for help. My phone was totally frozen, I couldn't do anything with it. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I told him my problem, he checked the phone and had it sorted out in less than 5 minutes. He really saved me!
