They cannot print labels by scanning QR here. Waisted time here a few times. (There was a minimum amount to use a card to pay in the past!! I don't know current, though) You can only drop off mails and packages or take boxes for priority mail. I wish there were a full functioning post office on the East side of Statesville.

This and i REPEAT This is NOT a post office. Moved within the vacinity and wanted to do a change of address. Went inside and spoke to the clerk and he gave me the forms to fill out. Month later NO mail. Called and spoke to him and he said we do not changed address and it is on the form. Months of important letter floating around because this guy did not want to do his job. Why is US Post Office have him representing them? Disgusted right now

When I place mail in their drop box it always seems to arrive 2 weeks late I have had this happen on numerous occasions. I mail something from my house it makes it in days. Maybe they don’t check there outgoing mail.

They’re so rude. When a problem arises they give you an attitude and try to say “you don’t have proof.” Typical US government official, useless.

They are out for delivery at 9:04 with perfect weather and it's 3:28 and no mail. They ship too slowly.
