Why people are bashing this satellite Post Office I would love to point out to ones say "" It's a contracted PO not the real thing"" Hate to tell everyone but the USPS has not been managed by the Federal government for years n years. It's all contracted they also have contracts to deliver FedEx and UPS. Now see what happens when you don't pay attention ? Can't keep up with local post office and who is who No wonder our main body of government is such a huge mess ! Wannabes ?.... Best check the Main Office which bought land CHEAP and is inconvenient for almost everyone in this county! They hire " bodies" As for RR carriers SAME :(

This place is nothing like the other Post offices in the County. Very bad customer service. I will never return. USPS should be ashamed

The location is convenient, certainly better than the main post office on Bagnal Ave. The staff isn’t the friendliest but they seem to get the job done.

Horrible customer service. I got there and the lady told me I needed the address and I couldn’t ship it out because of that, but never gave me a marker until I asked for one. Then I asked for a tape gun to tape my package and the lady gave me one with no tape. So I sat down wrote everything down then went back up to the desk and told her there was no tape and said “its fine” then proceeded to ask me if I had any fragile items in the package and I responded “yes” and she still never taped the box and just threw it back there ?♂️

NOT A REAL POST OFFICE!!! BEWAREwhen the package reads "To: and From:" you send it to the "To:" everyone knows this!This place is a Contracted Postal Service aka wana be's!

Really! waiting on my front porch to receive package and they state my road is to bad now I have to wait through the weekend to work on my project, just pure un adulterated laziness

Had to ship to hong kong twice. Expected it to be a pain but they were helpful, fast, and knowledgeable. Convenient location/parking and cheaper than fedex or ups.

I had really bad experience with this post office. The supervisor named Robin was vert rude towards me and she held me on the phone for a very long time until I got frustrated and hung up!!! I left another letter in my mailbox asking them to hold my packages and they refused to hold them. Instead I had a package was left on my porch last night. I don't know what happened to the other lady that stated that I can leave notes in my mailbox if I want my packages to be held in the first place. But this Robin was very mean and ugly to me and treated me with so much of disrespect. I'm reporting her to the post master and if I do not get any results from him or her. I will go to someone that's in a higher position. This post office needs to be shut down if the staff members there are not willing to give good customer service to the public in a professional nice polite manner. And Robin does not need to be in this line of work because she have to realize she will encounter all races not just certain ones.

They never have the stamps you want or not enough and two out of the three women who work there do not know what they are doing or how to talk to people. I rather go to the other post office because i get better service and a variety of stamps to choose from.
