After getting misinformation from the Hwy 70, Hickory location about the UPS Store being unable to package and ship our item for return, we brought it here to the Statesville location. It was very busy, but the staff (an older gentleman and a younger man) handled it very politely and efficiently.

They charge for packages that are suppose to be delivered free

The lady in there was doing an awesome job. She was very busy, but she didn't skip a beat. Notary, faxing and weighing and shipping all like a dance. I wish I wasn't so busy, so I could of appreciated watching her work her magic more. God Bless
