I came in a couple of weeks ago looking for a ring and not only did they have the most beautiful rings I’ve seen I was also treated so nice. The whole staff is wonderful and really helpful, so I will definitely be taking my business in there for now on.

It saddens me to leave this review. I went in today looking for a Mother’s Day ring for myself an the older gentleman that helped me acted like it was a inconvenience to help me an made unnecessary comments about the size ring that I needed the ring to be. Was very unhelpful an very rude an stand offish during the whole 25 minutes of being in the store. He even told me to check other two stores that all the money goes in the same pocket. An I explained that me an my husband only shopped at the Statesville location because we always do business there an we come from a little ways so it’s closer. Which saddens me because me an my husband have bought from here before an actually bought my wedding ring from here an had a wonderful experience with Mr.Clower. So we returned wanting to buy again. This time the older man that helped me was beyond rude an didn’t introduce his self or anything. The store wasn’t busy or anything. So not like I was holding him up or nothing. I asked to look at a total of 5 rings all in the same case an each time he made comments on the sizing it would need to be resized to. I had money in hand to buy an have it sized to. It just hurts to have someone to be little you an make fun of you for the size ring you need when all your doing is trying to find a Mother’s Day ring for yourself. Very disappointed in this store! We will not be returning to this location in statesville.

I dropped off a ring that belonged to my mother who just passed on April 2nd. I dropped this ring off to get fixed Thursday. I asked that a rush he put on it so I could wear it to her memorial which is Sunday! They said they would have it ready today and that they would call me!! No one called me or text and now they are closed! I am so hurt and angry!!!!!

I've been a patron here for more than 10 years. As of late the customer service and representatives at the Davie Avenue lack, charm, caring and ethical customer service. I had for lack of a better term "gentlemen" help me regarding a layaway that was totally MANEXPLAINING there policy on layaways. I totally understood but he kept repeating same script over and over, which was insulting and condescending (because women don't comprehend). Also, had the nerve to say that he wasn't being angry, yelling or belligerent; as if that would've been an acceptable way to handle yourself in business. However, if he would have stated the policy and offered a percentage off the item in question (because I was asking if still in stock) we would of had a deal. That's customer service and making sure you get returned business. Needless to say, I won't crossing the threshold of that establishment again.

Do not shop here, or try to sell anything to them. Took in a vs diamond ring and told me it was fake and offered just scrap gold weight. Beware!!

have been a customer for about 2 years now used them for pawns and buying products. went in about 2 weeks ago to redeem my 65 inch tv when it was pushed out it broke . i drove home and plugged it in only to find out the screen was done . i called up to the store and ann told me to bring it back immediately which i did . they didn't argue with me they told they would look into it and within 3 days i had a brand new tv to replace mine. EXCELLENT customer service and she made sure we had a working tv that was just like the original. WILL BE GOING BACK and using them Highly Recommend . HONEST TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE
