Had to return equipment after my mom passed away. Candais was rude and seemed pissed off the entire time that she had to scan anything and just threw all the equipment in a cabinet behind her.

Store was very busy at the time of our experience. But considering it was a Friday and The day right after July 4th. Experience was great and answered every question and concern. Helpful hint to avoid a long wait in Store make a reservation online. It will save time and aggravation on waiting.

Raven of Statesville NC Spectrum came here on Father’s Day and he was great.. Nice personality and helped us out with all of our questions before he brought out WIFI back up and running.. He even brought us the pizza that was left for us outside.. He’s a great guy.. You have a promising and very well trained employee.. I am truly grateful for him to come fix our problem.. Thank you..

Went into Spectrum store in Statesville NC Iwas having trouble with my phone Talked to a young lady named Candsis She knew what was wrong with my phone right away It's been working like a charm since and she told me if it didn't work right to come back and see her told me when she would be working for the next 3 days Not only did she fix my problem she was very nice and friendly she is the kind of person you love dealing with My hat is off to Candsis Hate I don't have to see her again She is a keeper

Very rude people on the shift I went in on have been in before in recents weeks and everyone was so nice not today !! Came to drop off Zumo that was sent that I didn’t want went to return in store they were so rude told me to make an appt just to drop off something they sent that I didn’t want very inconvenient
