This is the best furniture business in Statesville. The owner and staff really care about every customer and their needs. The prices are great. The service is incredible. I've purchased a bunch of furniture from them -- 3 mattresses over the last 15 years. They are super quality and the valuable is unbeatable. If you're looking for furniture in the area, come here first.

This store is lovely. It had exactly the recliner I was looking for. The recliner was better than I imagined and within the price range I was planning on spending.We got it for our dad for Father's Day and he absolutely loved it. I also saw some really nice kitchen tables and couches that I have my eye on now. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us load the recliner into our vehicle. I was able to find what I wanted immediately and be on with my day. 10/10 will come again.

Im waiting for my furniture to be delivered to finish the rest of this horrible experience. So my roommate ordered a new dining table from here over a week and a half ago. We both work oposite hours so she asked if it was possible to deliver it on her only day off which was Wednesday. The lady who sold it to her said yes but she lied. They do not deliver on Wednesday's. We sold our old table two days prior so we had been without a table. We called several times about the delivery Wednesday and nobody answers the damn phone! How can you operate a business like that. My roommate got in an argument about the delivery date with the owner when the lady cecy who had lied to her finally answered the phone. The owner has the nerve to ask us to leave our keys so they can deliver the furniture Thursday because no one was going to be home. We obviously said fuck no to that and they agreed to deliver our table Friday at 6:30. It was 6:30 and no sign of them. We called several time and no answer. Finally we got ahold of someone and it was delivered at 8pm!!! We were trying to just cancel the order all together but all sales are final. Beware of this scam of a company

Worst experience ever!! I do not recommend!!!! At alllllll they lied to us we ordered our bedroom set from them and the lady promised us free delivery free installation and no taxes bc we ordered on a certain weekend that they had a promo going on ok cool !! My husband paid 1000$ cash and we would pay the rest once our furniture got here which the lady promised us 10 days !!!! 15 day later after trying to get a hold of her she kept blaming the owner saying she didn't know what happened why our order wasn't in blah blah but that our mattresses were in and we could use any bedroom set "borrowed " for now so at 7 months pregnant and for almost a month i have been sleeping on my mattress no bed no nothing because of her irresponsible ass! Now july 10th our bedroom set finally arrived and she called to tell us they don't deliver on weekends so it had to be on her terms! Point blank it took us a month to get our stuff she was very rude not understanding and the furniture isn't the best ! She messed up on the mattress and box spring as well now another week i wish someone would've warned us !!!!

I have been calling for 2 days now at different hours and no one seems to be there. No one answers the phone! I'm trying to schedule the delivery of the furniture I just bought from them. What the heck.

The lady that works the i's the most polite person I've ever met. I arrived as she was licking up trying to get there after work in time to buy my daughter a bed because she had to move back home, and she turned off the alarm unlocked the store, took me into where the bed were so I could pick one out because I nèded right then, my daughter's pregnant and wouldn't take my bed even tho I offered, and I didn't want her sleeping on the couch. And since they were closed she was the only one there and she helped me load it into my truck so I could surprise my daughter with a bed when she got home from work. Great prices and real southern hospitality. I'll buy all my furniture from there from now on and recommend everyone I know to do so also.
