Picked out the pair I wanted. With only one show in the box. Went to the counter and proceeded to wait 20 plus minutes for the gentleman to never return with the other shoe. Worst possible customer service I could imagine. A woman named Donna berated me for asking for another size after sending her to grab a smaller one. I came back in to return my purchase because I was soo frustrated and came back into the store with her ridiculing me to other associates. Is there a no star option? She also refused to identify a manager or give me any recourse for complaint so here I am.

How in God's name has this dumpster not been shut down yet? Called ahead to confirm they had my size in Birkenstocks when I showed up they could only produce two lefts and were very rude to me. Don't waste your day coming here to buy shoes just drive to Mooresville.

Good place to show shop they have a wide selection of shoes and sizes even have extra wide fit I have a big foot size 14 D extra wide and it's hard to find anyplace that sale shoes up to that size so if you have problems finding the shoe that fits just right then come give shoe department a try I bet you find the right size for your feet

I'm not a shoe guy. I go to get shoes as a necessity. Its a good shoe store. Last several times I went, I looked for shoes not made in China. That cut the selection way down. Brian Sloan
