There are 2 pharmacies within 5 minutes of my house, yet I will continue to drive a bit further simply due to the excellent customer service. Everyone here is always so kind, prompt, and willing to help me get the best possible deals on my medications. Charles has helped me several times, as has the other man who is often working (I wish I could remember his name!) and both always provide amazing customer service. Super professional and kind!!! Also love that anytime I make a phone call, I get an answer and get to talk to real person.

Has anyone never not had a problem with any retail outlet? I bet not. Yes, I have had issues when picking up prescriptions, but none were the fault of the pharmacy or the staff. All were the result of insurance information NOT being updated (not on the pharmacy end or my end). So, when you arrive at the drive thru to pick up, that's when the pharmacy becomes aware of the issue and makes the customer aware of the issue. Staff that I've interacted with on such occasions, are usually very quick to resolve the issue (if it can be resolved at that moment). And yes, any issue that can't be resolved quickly at the drive thru, should be taken inside. However, there are some who have mobility issues and it is difficult for them to make the walk to the back of the store. Those who complain about the wait in the drive thru, could also go inside to pick up. Kindness is the key.

The drive through. Should make people go inside if there's something wrong or something that has checked on the prescription. No one should have to sit and park and wait on somebody when they can go inside

Horrible service. They all stand back there laughing and talking while the line piles up. Never have the full script available. This will be the last time we use them after picking up the other half of the script.

Don't recommend curbside pick up.... Had order brought out to me today with nothing said. The guy was basically waiting on me to get out and load my groceries which I did. Don't assume everyone can do that. Didn't even help me load them in my car. I've never had to the associate usually always ask where I would like them and loads them for me and I'm always appreciative of that. Not today.... Definitely don't recommend

I love Publix. I've been going to various ones my whole life. This particular Publix does not disappoint. It's large and clean with a great selection of products and cheerful employees. The set-up is not as fancy as some of their other stores, but they have everything I've been shopping for. Their famous fried chicken is just as good, as well as their subs. They also do $5 sushi on Wednesdays. It's also a great place to find local North Carolina made products. The prices are as expected (a little higher than other local stores), but you cannot beat their BOGOs!

I'm sure the staff here is lovely, but nobody tells you that when you opt for prescription delivery they contract with UBER to deliver your MEDICATION! What in the world? I got a very rude text from an Uber driver in the middle of my work day because she couldn't find my house, then had the audacity to tell me she needed me to text her my ID to deliver my non-controlled substance medications to my house because she didn't believe it was me. No mam, I will not be texting you my DRIVERS LICENSE while you drive around with my MEDICATION in your passenger seat along with someone else's Taco Bell order. This is insane and irresponsible on Publix part.

I waited 30 minutes in line with 97 degrees outside. I won't be using your services again. If people have that many issues with their prescriptions they should go inside.

I have never had such issues at any pharmacy as this. They want to make u wait 24 hrs to pick up something when u know it goes through on your insurance!! I live all the way on the other side of Statesville close to Wilkes Co line and have told them.this numerous times.I am highly allergic to many things and have to take a few allergy meds and I get hassled if I try and get those a day or 2 early? Then I go to pick up allergy meds knowing I have another due and the lady swears I don't I get home and call and have to do a refill!!! Once again it's not easy for me to get there I work in Wilkes and live close to Wilkes. I switched because there prices used to be cheaper, but they have gone up and the aggrevation over picking up necessary life threatening must needed uncontrolled prescription for being allergic to everything is not worth how rude and judgmental that pharmacist is and acts !

Went into publix to get some giftcards for our employees as a thank for your their hard work this summer. I know some stores limit gift cards so we asked how many we were aloud to by at the time. We spoke with Brady who is a manager he then asked us what they were for even though it was not his business we were super nice and explained they were gifts for our employees as we are in our company shirts. He then proceeds to tell us he doesn't feel comfortable selling us any gift cards. Very confused we asked why and he said he just doesn't feel comfortable sorry and ran away. We will reach out to cooperate as well but this was very strange and very unprofessional. We will no longer be shopping at this store and Brady should certainly not be in a manager position.

Was glad to stop and pick up @ 2 dozen chicken tenders for my Brother In Law on my way to PA! When he’s visiting use in Valrico fl. He could live on the chicken from Publix!………LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM PUBLIX!!!

I went to Publix today to pick out a cake for my friend's birthday dinner tonight and was pretty disappointed in the small selection of birthday cakes. The bakery said the only keep a few in stocks and suggested next time place an order online on in-store. So next time you're looking to purchase a cake order in advance.
