I came in looking for a fix to my phone and was greeted by a very lovely woman named Kay.She was very understanding and sympathetic to my problem.Presenting me a couple of options she help me land on getting a new and affordable phone.I am more then satisfied with my phone an excellent customer service coming from miss Kay.

Bad attention, I bought two Motorola phones, they offered me a glass protector for the screen and a case for the phone, phone, to pay for the two phones, they told me that the offer was only for other models like Samsung and I was not informed that The phones do not come with a charger, only the type C cable, I definitely do not recommend it. I think the biggest problem is the attitude of the saleswoman

I would highly recommend you look at an itemized phone bill every single month. I was charged for a tablet for 8 months that I knew nothing about. I made the mistake of trusting this company and now I'm worried about staying with this company after talking to customer service only to be basically ignored with zero sense of compassion or even understood why this was so wrong. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else but I highly doubt it with customer service like this!!! I've only ever been to 2 stores both being in this area and the way everything happened it had to be a employee of one of those 2 stores or employee from this company. Had access to my account to change my plan and activate tablet for 8 months.

Purchased phone and tablet from the broadstreet store and the operating system just wiped clean after not even a week. They refuse to repair or take back.

Terrible service. I was that "Metro" was giving me the T-Mobile Internet router for free due to all the problems I dealt with in regards to porting my number. Woke up the next morning to fraudulent charges for a T-Mobile Internet router. Needless to say it was reported and handled after threatening to file charges for fraud.
