Always a lovely experience, I have gone to Maddi a few times for gel manis/pedis and she has always done a great job and is gentle (so important for diabetic feet!) and brings a very soothing and laid back vibe. My most recent visit I was helped by Tanya, she worked magic on my nails and was so kind and helpful! It was my first dip powder set and I am so glad I took her advice and went with that service. I have even brought guests along with me for pedicures and they were also happy with the results and the salon in general. A very well run salon I would/do recommend for anyone in the area!

I absolutely LOVE this place. My nails always look wonderful and I always leave more than pleased. Every nail tech except Kim. I've had her 2 times and my nails popped off both times I had her. Otherwise my go-to place. Love it!!

Originally I came in wanting a soak off a new set and a pedicure. The man refused to give me a new set so I had to repair the set that I had on which is super old. I wanted designs on my nails. They made me wait until after my feet were done. Then the lady finally started on my feet. Took her an hour just to do my pedicure and I didn't even get the full lotion rubbed down and scrub and it still took her an hour. I got there at 3:00 and I left at 6:00. That's ridiculous

The service here at Mega Nails is amazing!
I moved here to Statesville NC about 2 months ago & I’ve been to several places between Charlotte and Statesville, looking for the perfect atmosphere and nail techs. I have found my forever nail home.
The owner and her staff are very welcoming and professional 10 out of 10 service. I recommend Mr. Lee and Ms. Cindy they both took their time and made sure I was happy and comfortable with service.

Did a pretty good job on the nails but was very rude saying "you sit crooked, i work crooked" while putting gems on crooked, I have friends who cut hair on kids who can't stop moving and crying and screaming but they still do the job right with a smile on their face.

I have extreme anxiety about anyone looking at my feet, much less working on them. Lana did my pedicure and was an absolute angel. So was so kind to me, and kept reassuring me that I should just relax and not worry about anything.
She turned an experience I had been wholeheartedly dreading into a wonderful, relaxing hour.

Money hungry people. My gel set lasted 1 whole day, it began to chip literally the next morning. TERRIBLY OVERPRICED. $25 for gel polish only, an extra $13 to have your cuticles pushed back, what they call a “manicure”… since when is a manicure and a gel overlay sold separate? Mediocre people on the floor while the bosses great people and up-sale the life out of their mediocre services. And they definitely show favoritism to caucasians, hence, them being money hungry. I wouldn’t recommend going ANYWHERE in Statesville, mooresville is now my go to.

she made me bleed and she hit my hand and i asked for a certain color and she wouldn’t give me that color and accused me of hitting her.

Not a clean place. They don’t require customers to wash their hands before service. Cobwebs on the walls and hanging from the ceiling.

I was over charged for a nail color change. Said something about it and the man who did my nails said he charged extra for ‘filing the nails down’ he literally only filed like one or two of them. Not a fan of that. Plus the color change looked a mess. Def wasn’t worth the time or money. I had stopped coming here a while ago and now I see why. The ambiance is nice though, that’s the only thing I’m giving a star for.
