I went to Lowry's for CPAP supplies and had my old hose, headgear and nose pillows in hand to insure I got exactly what I needed. In addition, I had a photo of the serial/ model number on my CPAP machine. I told the lady sitting on the sales floor what I needed and informed her I had my old equipment for reference. She said, " I don't need to look at it. I know what you need." She then went into the back room and came back with supplies before digging around in a box on the sales floor for the remainder of what I needed. When I got home, my wife and I realized the lady at Lowry's gave me the wrong equipment and didn't give me all the items I needed (which could have been avoided by simply looking at the old equipment I brought in). My wife didn't realize the lady gave me the wrong items until after opening the package. Lowry's will NOT exchange your purchase even though their employee screwed up by giving you the wrong items to begin with after it's been opened. A similar incident happened with my wife at Lowry's with the same lady! Mr. Fred Lowry would benefit his business greatly by sitting down with this lady for a chat and putting a stop to her careless behavior! We won't be back as long as this lady is the person responsible for helping us. ?

What a great pilar of the community.I can’t say enough nice things about Mr. Lowry in all his help with our medical needs. The personal touch is what you’re going to get. This is not the big box chain.

I do not live in Iredell County; I travel a long ways to get to Lowry's Pharmacy. 5 years ago a church friend referred me to them and I go there for things I do not find in other drug stores. One over the counter product I purchase helps pain in my muscles and joints that have not been relieved by over powering prescription meds from my doctor. Lowry's is the only pharmacy where I can find it. They also have a lot of natural over the counter products I do not find in other drug stores. I like shopping there because I never know what I'm going to find. It does not seem like a traditional chain type; I try to stock up on non traditional products I need when I visit. The pharmacist always takes time to answer any questions of mine. The staff seems low key but very helpful.

I have always had a great experience when I come here. The staff are genuinely good hearted, and always willing to help.The prices are fair, and the Peanuts they sell are off the chart!?

Our puppy chewed up my CPAP mask and I could not fine anyone in the Charlotte or LKN area to sell me a mask without a prescription or current patient to a doctor. Being dependent on CPAP, it was very stressful not being able to find a supplier, but Lowry did it. Thank you Lowry Drug Co!
