My family have used Travis since 2008 and this past year his office went down hill.Every year my wife's check fluctuate due to her bonus so travis had me call him 6 months in and he would advise us on what to set w2. Did this last year and he charged us 130.00 I call at least 15 times before he would talk to me. He stated new policy without notice to us. Dropped this years taxes off on the 4th was told would be a couple weeks. Got an email today that says he won't do taxes until I pay the 100.00. Told his secretary I don't live by them and would pay all when I come to pick up( that our family, our son and balance). Just got a phone call that said he took my package to post office and mailed it back to me with no reason other then find someone else. Asked to speak to him and was told not gonna happen during tax season. Now I have a few days to find someone new, pay alot more money because they have to audit last couple years, file an extension and hopefully not get audited. This is way beyond unprofessional.

My partner an I started Legal Liability Corporation last year. At tax time Liberty Tax had no idea what tax forms we needed or anything else pertaining to a LLC. H & R Block did however, at a charge we could not afford at all. My last came to our rescue. He was very experienced and kind. He worked around my partners 12 hr shifts and did his taxes during my partners lunch hour. Will be using him every year for personal and LLC taxes !
