It was an amazing experience with Mr. John! He's a very kind person, our car broke down while visiting the area. He changed our alternator and was able to do it on the same day, looked for the best price available, and took us to a restaurant so we could eat! Best experience ever, definitely recommended ? ?

I needed a emergency complete break job last minute and fast to prevent me from staying out of town for the night and John made that happen!!! Sitting and talking to John while he was working on my truck reminded me of a lifetime friend who entertained me during my wait! I greatly appreciate him and his outstanding service! John was very friendly and helpful, and performed the service I needed in a very timely manner. I honestly do NOT recommend this place, especially not for ladies or anyone who doesn't know anything about vehicles. There's a man there that will find things wrong with your vehicle to make more money. I went there for just a State Inspection. Something happened while he was checking something (under the hood) and my truck would not crank, even though it was working and cranking just fine when I brought it in. He even claimed that his inspection computer would not work when he hooked it to my truck. My visit here lasted like 2.5 hours because 1 hour of it he was complaining about my truck and how he "has never seen anything like this happen before". My brother-in-law in is a mechanic and I called him while I was there. Bro-in-law told me that he was finding things wrong with my truck--he was checking and asking me things that had nothing to do with a state inspection. I ending up paying him $80, for an inspection ($40/that didn't even pass), for a new battery terminal (even though they are like less than $10 at AutoZone), and I guess the other money was for his "stress". I will never ever ever ever go here again.

My husband went to get an inspection and my car did not pass. It is a 2016 car that has had one owner and I take to the dealer every time it needs an oil change and they check the car every time. When my husband took the car here the inspection did not pass. My husband told him that could not be because the car has regular maintenance done to it. So my husband took the car immediately to another place and the inspection passed. The inspections were within 20 minutes of each other. This man refused to give our money back and asked that we not do anything because it would get the inspector in trouble. I do not recommend this place to anyone you will just get charged for services that are not needed.
