Gotta check out Ingles in Statesville, they are all not the same. Great deli bar, as well as other hot options; even freshly made sushi rolls available. Bright , colorful , & clean inside the store. I had a fresh made, 6" sub sandwich for lunch with a beverage, less than $7. My opinion is that fresh bread "makes" the sandwich. Also, Boars Head meat -- bar none the best!Check out the deli for lunch or dinner , you will be surprised by the options ... and cost.

Great selection but always check the expiration dates. Many times I have bought stuff and later noticed it was expired; especially produce. Today I paid $3 for a bunch of flowers and when I got them home they were dead and slimy, not fit to display even for a day. Food's expensive enough without throwing some of it out because you're afraid to eat it. Doesn't inspire confidence in their quality.

I love Ingles Markets. This particular one is known as the "new" one in Statesville, but it has been here a while. It is always nice and clean. The workers in the deli and bakery are superb and I've never encountered a young person working here who didn't have an excellent attitude.Yes, the prices may be a bit higher than competitors, but the quality is worth it. I ordered my daughter-in-law's birthday cake from their bakery and it was absolutely delicious. In fact, we've never had anything bad from the bakery - their soft cookies are fabulous. (I highly recommend the white chocolate cranberry cookies!) Also, anything from the deli is great. I'm addicted to their chicken salad.Their store brand, Laura Lynn, is very good as well. I don't hesitate trying things under that label. It is always busy, but I've never felt cramped or rushed here. They have a Starbucks inside and their own gas station outside. Their pharmacy even has a drive up window!

Fantastic store! Having been to a number of Ingles Markets over the years, this one is one of the nicest and cleanest. The employees are friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and the aisles are well-stocked. There are always ample checkout lanes open, and the full service is quick and easy. Had a recent unfortunate experience in which we got home and discovered a brand new container of Greek yogurt had mold inside, but the manager personally made it right and offered a refund or replacement and pulled the rest of the batch off the shelf just in case there were others. Couldn't be happier with her great customer service.

I tried to return some underarm spray that was defective. The manager of the store would not exchange it I didn't want my money back I just wanted to exchange it. She was rude and condescending to me. She would not exchange underarm spray I don't know why she had to be such a j**** An epic fail in customer service. The store was really nice and the rest of the staff was very friendly

I've shopped this grocery both in Georgia and N.C. the set up is different and confusing. Kids are screwing around and people don't even know their own department.

I mostly stopped here for their wifi and a shady spot to have a one-hour conference call, but ended up going inside to pick up some breakfast. This is a large supermarket. Everything from prepared foods and heat-and-eat to the usual grocery, deli and frozen. The dairy and meat counters are large. At 10:00 AM, the store was well stocked and very tidy. There was no trash in the parking lot and the cart corrals were empty. This store also has a gas station on property. The store is adjacent to the interstate.[Review 13744 overall, 1065 of 2020, number 2519 in North Carolina.]
