All the ladies here are super professional and nothing short of amazing. Sam is my stylist, and the best at what she does. Rebecca is a doll as well and has also done my hair a few times. Everything in the salon is neat, clean, and such an amazing atmosphere. If you’re looking for a salon in the statesville area, LOOK NO FURTHER. Rushed off that phone because she was doing color on me laughed and giggled on the phone told me not to stress or worry I would be able to call back on MOnday to confirm everything . Call back the moment I wake up Monday morning and get told she's won't schedule it for today and she gave the appointment to dSomeone else due to lack of communication . Place is a joke with scheduling and a waste of time

Alonna is the best!! She actually listens to what you want. Other hair dressers seem to half-listen, so you get home nearly in tears because you didn’t get what you wanted. Alonna listens and gives you the haircut you want, perfectly done.Service: Hairstyling

I was scheduled at 8 AM (even though the store opens at 10 AM. Why they scheduled me before then I don't know) was only 9 minutes late because I couldn't find the place and a lady with blonde hair told me I was too late and the lady that was supposed to do my hair, Sam, left the building because I was so late. Turned out, Sam never left the building (so they lied to my face). My mother who set up the appointment called the building to talk to someone, Sam picked up, and started to have an attitude with my mother. If you want your hair done here and you don't know where the place is please PLEASE practice before your appointment because you are expected to be extremely punctual.Services: Hair colouring
