First, I will state that the repair work that was provided looks great. However, the experience I had with this place was dreadful. I dropped my car off on August 7th to be repaired and I waited several days to get an update from the repair tech, Jamie, and heard nothing so I finally called and asked for an update and was told that they were waiting for my insurance to response for the estimate since I have progressive and they provide their own adjustments. However, I had dropped off the full adjustment from Progressive with Olivia when my car was dropped off on 08/07. So my car had been there for 11 days already and no one had touched it because of a lack of communication between their team and they were trying to say my insurance was causing the delay. Then I received another phone call that next week that an adjuster was having to come out to do a second estimate because of additional damage that was found once the car had been disassembled which I had to continually call until I knew that the collision center had received the new adjustment from my insurance and was moving along with my repairs since their communication was lacking severely. I was told 5 parts were back ordered and they could not provide me an update as Honda did not give them one which was fine. So I continued to wait by emailing them every week for updates on parts. I finally received a call from my insurance agent that I could pick my car up. This was now the end of september but there were two parts not on yet however I could drive the car until these additional parts came in. So i contacted the collision center to ask when the car would be reassembled so I could finally get my car back as to which i was told the car was already together and ready for pick up and I have no idea how long my car was ready like this since the collision center again failed to communicate that to me until my insurance company kept having to follow up. I picked up my car and was told they would contact me when the other two parts arrived. I came back to have a tech put those on to which I found out two more parts were missing and never ordered for my car in the first place. So again I had to wait for those to come in and have to come back to Statesville for these to be put on when I live in Charlotte. The entire experience has been absolutely awful. It is like pulling teeth to actually get any type of response from anyone there. I do not recommend going here if you want to keep your sanity. The work they do is good but the communication and customer service is terrible.

Flow Collision was awesome to work with. My vehicle was involved in a wreck, but by the time they gave it back to me, it looked pristine. The only small complaint I had was that it was difficult to get an accurate status of the car. Their technician would give one status while their computer has another status. Irrespective, I still give this shop high marks. My baby Azul is back home where she is supposed to be, and she looks fantastic and everything works well so far.

I had an appointment to get an estimate done. When I arrived, there were 2 staff members and neither one of them wanted to do my estimate. The one guy said he is loaded with work to do to the lady, and the lady said the same back to him. He eventually did the estimate. He took picture of my car and all. Ask for my info. Told me that if I waited for him to do the estimate, it would take him 45 minutes. If I want him to email me instead, I will get it by the end of the day. It’s been a week and haven’t heard from them. I contacted them multiple times and they just asked to leave my name and number. Call again this morning, still nothing. I made an appointment to go somewhere else. Poor service and attitude.

Called to try to get an estimate and the lady at the front desk cut me off and asked who my insurance provider is. I told her Statefarm and she said they would not give me an estimate as statefarm does their own. I tried to explain to her that I was not even using my insurance company, but the other guy's (Geico) and just wanted an estimate. She would not listen and said they "did not want to waste their time" with my estimate. Took it to color masters who were great.

It’s nice to come across a company that stands by their word and their work, and takes care of the customer. They fixed up some paint defects on my 2013 Honda good as new and in record time. They also went above and beyond in a few areas when they didn’t have to. Additionally, I had my wife’s 2018 Honda taken here for repair work approximately a year ago, after she was rear ended by a huge truck, and you could never tell the vehicle was damaged by the time we got it back. Not all body shops are created equal.The staff treated me phenomenally, and I would definitely say the staff they have now is a huge improvement over some who worked here in the past. This place is where you want to get your car fixed. I couldn’t be happier, and I’m one who gives credit when credit is due. FLOW has earned my praise and appreciation. Thanks!
