We have lived in our rental for a month. They keep telling us the bill has not been paid but they are receiving the two seaport upcharges for delay in payment from the same billing/account information.. They say we owe $241 now when our bill was paid and was only $80. The rest are upcharges. Not very happy with our experience... read full comment

What electric company turns someone's power off in the winter!!! A company that DOESN'T help anyone but themselves, charging an extra $80 to reconnect services on a Saturday or 1 minute past 5 during the week...foolishness!!! They don't work with you it's all about the money for them!!!
