I just went to the DG off 115 in central Statesville near love valley an the kid working there was so disrespectful.i picked an item out an it was priced $4.35 an I brought it to his attention an he said there $6.00.i said I don't think that's right an he said no he new it was $6.00 because he just changed the prices??
I went back an checked the price an as I said it was 4.35. He told me I could get a refund but he would not give me the price that was posted.I hope DG fixes this because that is the sorriest costumer service I have ever gotten.

You never know when they are going to be open. Went today at 2:30pm and it was closed. It happens all the time.

This is one of the best organized Dollar Generals that I have been to. Most other Dollar Generals have so much stuff piled up in the aisles that you can't even get to the shelves. The current manager Chelsea is very helpful and friendly.

Manager Chelsea is about as low down and dirty as it gets. Makes employees quit or fires them if her boyfriend doesn’t approve. I don’t know who owns this place but you are being robbed blind. Have witnessed $1,000’s of dollars of product being given away on Fridays out back. She also leaves her full set of work keys outside under towels when she doesn’t feel like coming back to work. Bet that remodel team is leaving with free merchandise everyday. Avoid this place like the plague. Items are expired and store is a mess.

This part is a month ago I was trying nothing to go here if they didn't have what I needed but They will not answer the phone. Update got here and 2 people working ones on personal phone others at the cash register. Now today September 3rd 11:42am store isn't open the guy just pulling in as I do to get everything started up no sign on door nothing they just late.

Just went in, melted ice cream in carts and the employee said it was going back to the stock room freezer to be refrozen?!? And bought a pack of cheese that was covered in mold!!!

There was noone in the store until I yelled for someone two ladies came out apologized they were trying to get the truck unloaded. They need more employees while they have truck deliveries.

I wouldn’t even give this store one star but it makes you choose . This is by far the nastiest unorganized store I have ever been in … trying to get out isn’t going to happen management is always out side smoking an talking while one cashier is inside working .back when the pandemic happen employees was keeping items in the back that was highly needed in the area by customers. I sure hope management changes soon .

Dollar General 4276 Wilkesboro Hwy, Statesville, NC 28625 is in need of some serious employee reform. The place is a wreck, the employees are rude and often you can't even find one to check you out at the register. I went in today and while looking for items I needed there were open drinks sitting on the shelves in the back where it appeared employees had been working but had walked away from the job. There were racks of goods in boxes blocking isles with no one stocking. When I went to check out there was no cashier there. I could hear someone in the office area behind the register talking but the counter was unstaffed. They have a rubber pig on the counter with a hand written note on notebook paper saying to squeeze the pig when ready. That's a bit demoralizing to have to do but I did it. No respone from anyone. I had to actually walk behind the counter and stick my head into the office area to ask if there was someone to come check me out at the register. This isn't the first time I have had issues at that store. The employees are rude and careless. They have no work ethic and do not value their shoppers or positions. Anyone could have walked in and taken anything they wanted from the store.
