Yes, I had a conversation with Alex to try to lower the insurance, he was patient and offered how i could lower the insurance even though it was 20 bucks i appreciate his help because car pymt and insurance and all the others bills that have to get pd. and on a monthly income, every little bit helps. So thank you, Alex. He was very professional and patient and knowledgeable, being an agent and talking to people all day, and every day, you have to have patience and know your job so everything runs smoothly. Being an CSR myself for 42 yrs. You have to have something special and Alex has it . THANK YOU

I had the best experience! I believe the agents name was Josh that helped me and he was absolutely incredible, it was my first time ever getting a quote and he was so patient and informative. I had no fear in asking questions and he had an answer for all of them, super helpful.
