They're pretty good here. They were slow during all the COVID testing that was going on, but probably not slow in comparison to other places. I've never had any issues here.

This CVS is quite large and well stocked. I've been in quite a few times and there always seems to be more employees working than customers. The parking lot is awkward, but navigable - and thankfully accessible from Turnersburg Highway via traffic light. The pharmacy workers are the best though. Always helpful and friendly.

On Wednesday, April 26, 2023 I went to this pharmacy to get my son's prescription. The girl at the window told us that they were out of the prescription and that we would have to come back the next do to get it. We left and returned the next day only to be told the same thing. My husband ask if she could tell him for sure that the prescription would be there the next day. She said no because she has no way of knowing what would come on the truck. I waited until Friday, April 29, 2023 to call and check if the prescription was ready. The pharmacist told me that the prescription had been ready since Wednesday! So both times we were at the window for pick up we were told, by the same girl, that my son's prescription wasn't ready when it was there the whole time! I think they should hire better help to run the window, this girl had no idea what she was doing.

The other reviews are not wrong. This CVS is regularly out of things, it has to be ordered or don't even carry it all. The machine in store may print off coupons for items that don't even exist here or at other locations. One of the pharmacist's is super friendly, she will come out from behind the counter help you find products and answer any questions you might have.

Visited yesterday and they were out of what I needed. Sounds a bit weird but my wife and I are planning a trip to Israel in 5 weeks and we are starting to prepare and pack for the trip. One of the air travel restrictions is no liquids in container greater than 100 ml and for some of our toiletries, we've started to break them down into smaller sizes. Some of what we normally use are not available in travel sizes. I was having lunch across the street and stopped in to buy some and they were out. Sales personnel were not very helpful in being able to find out when they might have some more in so ended up going elsewhere.

I have used this pharmacy for over seven years. After moving to high point and transferring to a CVS near me I quickly switched back. I now live in Jonesville, about 30 minutes away and I still use this CVS. I absolutely love the pharmacy staff. They know be my name and are always very fast with my prescription. Since I don't have insurance I pay anywhere from 65-133 for my medication. $65 is about 5 days worth and $133 is a little over a week. This last time I was there the lady said, I see you every week and you're paying this much?! She usually doesn't ring me up, she's normally at the window or filling meds. She asked if I had a minute she wanted to see if she could find me a better price. Sure enough! She was just excited as me but I was able to get it for $35!! That's a huge huge difference. She went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best price. I will never use another pharmacy or even another CVS for that matter. To me this is by far the best one! Angie, Jessica, Jewel and Misty are the absolute best! I'm sure I'm leaving names out so I'll just say the entire pharmacy staff is beyond amazing. These people have stressful jobs especially now with all the insurance issues. Remember, that is NOT their fault. Treat them with kindness and respect.
