Rude - How is it that I've been sitting at the drive thru for 10 mins with 1 car in front of me picking up prescription and by the time I rolled to the window, it is locked up and closed? It was exactly 8 pm on the dot by the time it was my turn. There were 2 other cars behind me. The lady who was closing the register at the window just acted like I wasn't there, even when she looked at me. At least tell me that the pharmacy is closed.

I have always had an extraordinarily good experience when I go to CVS others have told me this fat and the other but I have never had any problems with CVS and almost anything I can think to want is in the store if I haven't purchased enough groceries something I forgot the grocery store or anything else I won't they even have clothing in that place they have eyeglasses they have makeup for men and women I'm talking about they have just anything you can think of when you want to eat when you want to quick snack Frozen foods as quick snack but they didn't even got that stuff in there oh the only thing that I know about CVS that I didn't like the other day I went in there and they were out of milk but that wasn't there fault that was we customers have gotten it all but usually they have milk in different size containers delicious milk and they have I believe it's got ice I'm not certain but I believe they've got ice and they've got just about anything and everything I've ever wanted to purchase in that store I don't see how anybody can say anything except give him a million stars

All CvS are not the same.!! I stop dealing with them for years ago in GA. But they are the best of the Best at the LOCATION! I feel like family and feel important! They are really EXCELLENT IN EVERYWay! I go to transfer script from Conover, Nc an PHARMACIST has never taking more than 30mins usually 15 for meds! They don't make you feel like u Not important! Love my PHARMACIST THAT'S got Tattoos she is NO#1 SHE is example for other locations!!!! She should get a raise luv her

I was at my doctors office doing a follow up, he sent my scripts to the pharmacy and normally when that happens you go to the pharmacy and it's not ready. Well, I just went by to give them my new insurance information and they had all of them ready but one that they have to order. So, 4 out of the 5 were ready. Great job, thank you

I been going to this location for almost a decade. In the past, this location was great: The staff was friendly, professionally, and knew how to address problems quickly; it was an in-and-out process. Now, it has deteriorated to abysmal levels where customers have medication delayed for days, as I'll explain below.On July 7th of 2021, my doctor paid the remaining balance of my medication, after hearing about my financial troubles. During the time, I was on short-term disability and payment(s) have been delayed. I was unaware that my doctor paid my prescription and I called on July 10th to pay the remainder that my insurance didn't cover. The staff told me: "A black truck paid and picked the medication up." Puzzled, I thought someone stole my identity.Turns out, it was my doctor. Unfortunately, it was Sunday and I had to plead with them to give me at least a few days worth of supply. I ran out Thursday and decided to pick the medication up from my doctor. My doctor office's receptionist told me it never left their facility and after they argued with them on the phone for several minutes, they "Magically" found it. A few hours passed since then and since I was already driving around, I went to the store to pick up the medication..... Take a guess at what happened next.......I was told the medication was picked up, despite having this conversation already!!!!! After asking the other staff, the pharmacist discovered it was in the bin. Why in the world could they not check there in the beginning?!?!? The pharmacist suppose to be college-educated?! What?! It's like their brains are turned off sometimes. There was no care, compassion, or anything! Just "I don't know how to solve the problem," despite it's something a Kindergarten can solve! Jesus........

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost a year and find everyone on the staff helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly! My prescriptions are always ready when I go to pick them up and, unlike walgreens, they are never out if the prescription medications I need. This is a great store!

I’m always greeted nicely and waited on in a timely manner. The longest I’ve ever had to wait is maybe 30 mins. But that was probably more my fault than theirs because I was to busy shopping for other stuff. Lol. But all in all it’s convenient and I’ve always been treated with kindness.

Quickly pricing themselves out of the market! Recently compared prices for store brand Benadryl... CVS was was over $8 more than Wal-Mart for same number of caplets and strength of medication and that was only 1 item I checked... Several others were way too high as well. Staff on the other hand was fantastic! Friendly and helpful! Aisles are over-crowded and difficult to navigate in a wheelchair!
