Tried doing an exchange because I didn’t have the receipt. Christmas gift! Just wanted a smaller size and they definitely recognized the shirt as being the stores but manager today refused the exchange. Now I’m stuck with a shirt that I can’t wear. Have been doing business at this store for a long long time……………Statesville only has a few good stores to shop so back to mooresville or hickory and Winston Salem I go!

While some areas were low in stock, others had plenty to browse through....and great prices in every department I looked in. I'll be going back to get Christmas gifts. And my sales associate signed me up for the loyalty program(10% off anything on certain days) and she was very nice also.

This place will definitely try to rip you off for returning items. Tried to exchange a sleepwear set that was too big and was given to me as a gift with all the tags still in place. I didn't want any money back, just wanted to switch sizes and the chick at the counter said even if they have the same set on the rack I'll have to pay a price difference since I don't have a receipt. Just to exchange for the same exact thing! They're trying to get more money out of an item that's already been purchased.

The staff are always friendly and there's usually a decent selection of clothing. Ranging from Adidas, to Columbia, to Real Tree and Carhartt. Organization could be a little better. However it is an outlet store.

This location is very clean and well organized plus our cashier was very friendly. Our overall shopping experience was very pleasant.
