Disappointed that there were only 6 blooms and filler in the Florist Choice for a Birthday bouquet. Thankfully we added the balloon for an additional $6!! Underwhelming unfortunately.

My experience with Brookdale was AMAZING! They far surpassed my expectations. I called them directly and they talked me through my ideas and brainstormed with me. I asked for an Urn Surround for a funeral themed birthday party and they got excited for the challenge and then far exceeded my expectations! I asked for something moody and dark and their arrangement ended up having the perfect overgrown-graveyard-vibe. They were so kind on the phone and the delivery guy was kind too. They will definitely get more business from me in the future!

I was so disappointed with the arrangement they sent to my doctor's office. It was very small and also very thin. Parts of it looked like they were beginning to dry up.
I have had good luck with Brookdale before, but this experience was very disappointing.
