I would like to thank Michael Summers for the great help he gave . Had been looking at all the different dealerships for a car. The prices was too much for what I wanted to pay. Decided to look online at Black Chrysler and saw different ones that like. Got in touch with Michael and he got the ball rolling for me.

I can't say enough about the service department at Black CDJR. Thomas was such a pleasure to work with. He was so knowledgeable and helped with my problems and called me back when he said he would. I would highly recommend this dealership

We went to about 8 different dealerships looking for a car. Each experience was stressful and frustrating. The experience at Black CDJ was by far, the best. Cameron was our salesman. He was great. The employees (the general manager, the finance guy, etc) were courteous, respectful, and pleasant. The car we made an appointment to test-drive was pulled to the front when we got there. They had the keys in hand and were ready to go. When we purchased the vehicle, we drove away with a full tank of gas after it had been freshly detailed. Seriously would definitely go back here!!!!! Cannot say enough good things about the service after receiving a lot of poor treatment elsewhere. And I love my new car. 10 out of 10 - do recommend!

Carl Hall, General Sales Mgr Mike, GM Anthony Miller and Jace were great to deal with, pricing and honesty are their main priority and they just are so easy to deal with. Nice to just have a great no pressure car buying experience. Also love my new Jeep

I had an awesome experience at Statesville Dodge. My sales person was Scott Huffman. I highly recommend him with any process of buying a new or used car. He stays in touch with me, reminds me of service appointments. He's like an family member. If you're in the market for a Dodge new used or pre-owned vehicle. I would ask for Scott and let him work his magic. He doesn't sugar coat it. He keeps it real with no hidden agenda

I was traveling due to a family emergency from Florida to West Virginia and my broke down in North Carolina . I arrived at 1 dealership they scanned my truck and they said they can't do anything until next week. I called 2 others and the same thing. Black CJDR understood my urgent needs and moved things around and got my truck fixed within 1 hour. They definitely have a top notch service department. I would recommend them over any dealer in that NC area. Thanks again guys!

Service department is outstanding. It took a week to get an appointment but thankfully I have another car to drive in the meantime. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my van while working with the 3rd party warranty we bought somewhere else, to get me and the kiddos back on the road. Rishawn is awesome! Will be coming back for all scheduled maintenance. Thank you so much!

Service department is lacking. Make appointments and get off work only for them to say no appointments were made.

24 years ago Larry Black sold me one of my first brand new cars. It was a 2000 Pontiac Ram Air Trans Am. It’s the only vehicle I ever paid MSRP for. But it was the latest greatest thing out. Others were charging over sticker. Some were charging under sticker. I spent a couple hours in the dealership and after talking with him, being treated with nothing but the ultimate respect, being made to feel that as a customer I was important, I paid it and bought the car and a fantastic relationship was born between a local buyer and a local business. Maybe it wasn’t THE best deal I could have got but there was no doubt in my head that if I had a problem, Larry would resolve that problem. Larry actually EARNED my business. In fact, he earned it for many years to come and I bought probably too many vehicles from them ever since. Unfortunately, it seems those valuable small town relationships don’t matter any more there. This comes to light when you take the modern latest greatest and test those long term local relationships with the next generation. Such is the case with the Dodge Demon 170. You see…I told THEM that they got an allocation. I put a deposit down on the car. Surely 24 years of buying cars from them would have value, right? Nope. It became clear when my deposit was returned several days later that the only relationship that had any value was their relationship with Benjamin Franklin. And with that, the small town relationships with their customers died. Myron Black: These relationships gotta work two ways. If you’re not gonna get the best price, and you’re not going to get the value that usually comes with hometown customer/business relationships, then what do you get? Looks like an all for nothing situation. Side note: The remaining staff here is FANTASTIC! Great people with that small town connection. Hate the relationship is gone now all for the mighty dollar. (PS: Did you guys know that there were dealerships in NC that sold their Demon 170’s at MSRP? YEP! Team Dodge in Morganton, Hiester CDJR…want me to continue?) You had a choice on where you stood between Benjamin Franklin, and your long term customers.

Called today regarding a battery issue on my truck that is still covered under warranty. Was told if the batteries test good and they have to charge the batteries, I would be charged $130 per battery- for batteries that are COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. Truck hasn’t been starting for a week, but I need to pay for the issue or for them to figure it out for a vehicle that has a manufacture warranty?Took the truck to Gastonia Dodge and was helped immediately with zero hassle.
