I didn’t buy my truck from Black but they sure treated me like I was a loyal customer. We just moved here from Michigan and our dealer there blew us off and didn’t handle the warranty items that needed to be fixed. The advisor at Black got me right in and handled everything. They were very kind and went out of their way to get my issues resolved. Very efficient and professional. Highly recommend this dealership and their service department. My next vehicle will be purchased at Black GMC!!

This was my first visit to Black GMC to get my brand-new truck serviced. I brought it here based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. He said ask for Brian and you will be in good hands! I was very pleased with the prompt service!

STAY AWAY!! FRAUD!!! THEY WILL ALLOW ANYONE WITH A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE TO BUY A TRUCK UNDER YOUR NAMEThis dealership committed fraud. I am the primary owner on my truck and the main loan holder (my husband is a secondary but I am the main). My husband went in on 11/7/2023 to discuss trading in the truck for an upgrade and they recommended him handling the process without me present. They then ran my credit without my permission (no call, no signature, nothing), opened a new loan under my name (without me there), and traded in my truck (without me being there). I was out of the state on a work trip. When I got home, I found out what had happened and went to the dealership to confront them. They then harassed me, and threatened me into signing the papers retroactively. They told me if I didn't sign them right then, they would call the police and say my husband had stolen the truck. When I demanded my truck back, they told me I would have to pay for the $200 in detailing already completed for them to resale the truck and would still call the police.

I recently had my GMC Sierra 2500 serviced here when I experienced mechanical issues while traveling through the area. The Black GMC service team was excellent! Although I had to stay the night because I arrived so late in the day the team was very hospitable and even drove me to my hotel. Gordon and his team made me feel like a priority from the moment I walked in. It’s very clear that this is a well run organization. Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism!

The employees were kind and the speed was moderate. My issue was, I brought my husband’s truck to be serviced. He already hooked a computer up to it and saw the codes it was giving regarding the check engine light. All codes pointed to an issue with the O2 sensor and GMC was made aware of this. My husband opted to have it taken in because he didn’t have a way to get under the truck and he wanted to make sure there were no other over all issues. After the diagnostic, the technician suggested they start by changing ALL spark plugs and “see if” that fixes the issues. A job that would cost up nearly $500 to start. This sounded like they wanted to fish around while squeezing money out of us when the codes clearly showed a problem with the O2 sensor, this should have been the FIRST place you start. My husband just decided to buy ramps and one O2 sensor and the changing of that one sensor knocked the codes down from 14 to 4. He then changed the fuse for the sensor and that zero’d out ALL codes. The truck no longer has a check engine light and the misfiring has stopped and it drives amazingly again. He will still change his spark plugs in the near future but we had a major problem that could have been handled by a simple fix but GMC wanted to fish around. I recommend you folks buy the little computers to hook up and see what codes your vehicle shows before you take it to any dealerships for service. Not very honest and I was disappointed.

First time visiting this dealership. Purchased my car in OH at Fiehrer, but we live in NC now and it isn't realistic to get my car serviced somewhere 500 miles away. Looking for a hometown atmosphere, similar to Fiehrer, and think I found it.

Everyone is always nice and accommodating. I had to wait 6-8 weeks for a part to come in to repair the backup camera on my Acadia Denali, which was a recall. I spoke with Gordon, who kept in touch with me to let me know the ETA. Heather called me when it arrived to schedule the work to be completed. I have no complaints - only positive comments for the team at Black GMC service.
