They are awesome to work with. They keep you posted on the progress of the job and always explain in detail what is needed. We had a major service done by another garage that turned into a disaster. They were able to help us get the work corrected and forced the other garage to take ownership of their shoddy work. I will never take my Durango or Jeep to anybody else going forward.

I needed a replacement rear bumper for my Ram pick up. Jeremy was extremely helpful and made sure I had everything needed to make an informed decision. I was able to pick up the part, had it loaded on the truck and secured for the drive home. This is my second experience with this dealership and I am confident in dealing with them.

⚠️⚠️October 24th 2023 while driving down the road at 60 mph my drive daft came out of my car due to the negligence of this dealership with my 3 year old in the car with me. While having a gear shifter replaced they discovered a transfer case leak, and a differential leak that they would fix for under the same warranty copay. A few days after picking the car up while driving down the road and heard a loud pop and a terrible dragging noise. I immediately pulled over at the closest safe spot and looked under the car and took a picture to send to my father. After confirming the car should not be moved I took my daughter out and got her and myself to a safe location while I called my husband and father for help and a tow truck. The car was towed back to Black Buick GMC of Statesville, NC for what I assumed would be proper repairs of the damages they caused by not properly seating the drive shaft back. I was given a loaner vehicle while awaiting repairs on my vehicle. 2 days later I call back to check on my vehicle since I had received no updates from the dealership. I was told your car is ready to be picked up. I said are you sure, parts were an issue at this time so I was skeptical that it was being repaired properly. I inquired about what parts were replaced on my car, to my surprise the drive shaft that fell out of the car at 60 mph was not a part that was replaced. They put the SAME damaged part back in my vehicle and tried to pass it back off to me! I asked to speak with the manager to find out why my car that they damaged was not being properly repaired. I was told that there was nothing wrong with the drive shaft that hit the pavement and drug under my car. I told the manager that I wanted the drive shaft replaced this was no fault of mine and I wanted it fixed properly, he says “I’ll entertain it but parts are not easy to get right now”. This statement made me furious nothing about this experience has been entertaining and it’s not my fault that your service department was negligent and could have killed or severely injured me and my 3 year old. I will not drive my child around in a car that I don’t feel is safe! I received a call back the next day that a drive shaft had been ordered but there was no ship date. Fast forward to 1/26/2024 I FINALLY have my car back. I had to pay 3 car payments, car insurance, and XM radio on a car that I couldn’t even drive!!! I reached out to the general manager and he assured me that the owner of the dealership would be calling me. I still have not received a call from the owner. I caution anyone in doing business with this dealership. I have contacted GM directly and they have been much more apologetic and attentive than this dealership has been.

Had one of work trucks go down. Made very clear when I took it I need a schedule of when it can be done so I know how to plan with it out of service. Said it would be done in 10 days. We are at day 32 and every day is the same. Claim they’ll have it done by 5pm that day. Service is legit terrible and won’t shoot ya straight and then offered a measley $100 off because it 3 weeks late and counting. Won’t be saying their service department again for sure and wouldn never recommend it to a friend.

I broke down driving to Florida from PA, it was Friday labor day weekend, they tried til 5pm to get me running but couldn't. I had to leave my truck, they final figured it all out and the best part it was warranted. Thanks to Bryan Ervin and I wish I could remember the techs name for being so helpful. Definitely a 5 star service center! BTW everyone was very nice there.
