This is a medium size location I think. Bigger than Mooresville location, but smaller than the Hickory location. Parking can be a little crazy at times (the store is in shopping center with Walmart.) During my visit there was a big sale going on. The staff stayed on top of everything. Greeting new guest, offering assistance all with nice smiles.

they support genocide as a company, low stock on hand sanitizer holders.Mens care is to strong, no face products for women, everything is gender based and not inclusive to non-binary people. Plastic containers that's bad for environment.

Done with bath & body works. Not necessarily because of their products, but because of the lack of customer service. Especially when returning an order you placed thru the app when products weren't available in the store.

BOPIS: the buy online pick up in store service is great. I’ve never had an issue with any orders at this location and their inventory online matches their inventory at the store.IN STORE: I’ve had nothing but friendly service each time I’ve visited. the staff makes customers aware of the sells and offers going on at the time as soon as you walk in. the staff will also talk to you about their favorite scents, lotions, etc. If you’re carrying too much they offer you a bag. I’m looked after as a customer but they aren’t overbearing and give you your space to take your time. I’ve never felt rushed, I always spend 30+ minutes in there going around and looking at everything! at checkout they scan my rewards card each time and ALL offers/coupons I have on my app. even if the coupon doesn’t apply to my purchase, I really appreciate them scanning it anyway just to see. I get great savings! not to mention this store is clean and organized. I prefer the stand-alone b&bw shops. I don’t like going to the ones inside of malls. a win-win all around!

It has been years since I have been in one of these stores and what a positive visit. I was greeted with "HELLO" and immediately given a tour of the store. Know your sense of smell will go into overdrive with so many things to pick and visit. Asking about soy candles was informed all candles are soy. They have a single wick or three. I was told "the single burns just as long as the three". Candles, body lotions, soaps and scents can be found. If you're in need of hand sanitizer this is your place! You could probably go a month or more without wearing the same sent twice. Guys, they even have some things for you like body spray, deodorants and candles with names like Coffee & Whiskey. Room sprays are nice and last about two hours I bought a mini for about four dollars. Do check out the fifty percent off area. The store is getting rid of one season and making room for the next.

Wasnt greeted upon entrance. Asked for help and i told her I had just called for a candle was told they had them in stock. I drove from the Mooresville location to Statesville and looked for the candle they the said they had sold out. It wasn't even 10 minutes and hardly anyone in store. That's disappointing.

This is a nice clean store. I love the perfume,candles, body wash, and lotion. The staff is very friendly!!

I LOVE BATH AND BODY WORKS. All of the employees do an amazing job and are always nice. The aromatherapy lotions and body wash etc. are my favs. But if you haven't tried Strawberry shortcake, you MUST try it. ALL OF THEIR CANDLES ARE THE BEST AROUND !

Really good staff, and fragrances. New perfumes, and new themes for your aroma plug in. The snatizer holders are also a plus because they're stylish and cute.Fun experience, and really good staff that can help you when you're shopping or looking for a different scent.

Went into the store looking for gifts for teachers around 12 noon and I was blown away by the friendliest workers. They went above and beyond their job to help me pick out items ..I believe one was walked with me was a retired teacher and she was so helpful ! The cashier a young lady also went out of her way to make sure I got the best value!!!
