I never meet with anyone in person but the customer service I received was amazing. I wasn't bounced around and spoke with John on my first call. He was able to answer all of my question and didn't care that I wasn't his client. A++ SERVICE!!

The first year I used them they treated me as if I was going to rip them off...even suggesting I pay in cash as if my check would bounce. I have never received such harsh customer service in my life. I did go back the next year hoping that after a year of me being with them I would be treated differently. Unfortunately that's not the case.
