Life is short. Time is valuable.Banner, drug had plenty of time to fill my prescription before I came in to get it.But yet they still made me pull around and wait in line A ridiculous amount of time.I just pulled off Because nobody was communicating with me, or telling me what was going on And more cars started pulling in behind me. Very rude!I have not even been dealing with them very long And I am looking for another pharmacy Already.

This is my local neighborhood pharmacy, and I enjoy each visit. The location on the edge of downtown is convenient, hours of operation are quite good, and there is a drive-thru. They have a solid selection of name brand and generic drug store items (this is a pharmacy, not a convenience or grocery store) with reasonable prices. Local delivery is available in a limited radius.The best part, though, is the staff. Employees are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to assist you with any questions or issues, such as when your doctor's office forgets to send through a prescription order. Highly recommended!

Banner Drug Downtown is the best pharmacy in Statesville! The pharmacists and staff are kind and helpful with all of my medication needs. They have fast friendly service and it is always a joy to see them.

I was told yesterday about 3:00pm that the prescription I needed needed preauthorization and to call back when they open the next day. Okay no problem. I call this morning and ask they said it looks like it went through we will get it started for you. I drove from Love Valley area to the Banner Drug for them to tell me no one talked to me, and that nothing went through. Then they changed the story that they did talk to me but they never said they’d get it started. I’m in so much pain, but I called the Dr they seemed like Banner Drug never contacted them for the preauthorization. It was a better place as 1st RX Pharmacy and under the ownership of someone else.
