Banner Drug Downtown Statesville is awesome! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They make sure to keep me in the loop if there are any issues or concerns, very easy to refill a medication and their drive-through is very convenient as well. I am grateful that we have a locally owned pharmacy that can cater to your individual needs. I would highly recommend anyone to check them out!

Life is short. Time is valuable.Banner, drug had plenty of time to fill my prescription before I came in to get it.But yet they still made me pull around and wait in line A ridiculous amount of time.I just pulled off Because nobody was communicating with me, or telling me what was going on And more cars started pulling in behind me. Very rude!I have not even been dealing with them very long And I am looking for another pharmacy Already.

This is my local neighborhood pharmacy, and I enjoy each visit. The location on the edge of downtown is convenient, hours of operation are quite good, and there is a drive-thru. They have a solid selection of name brand and generic drug store items (this is a pharmacy, not a convenience or grocery store) with reasonable prices. Local delivery is available in a limited radius.The best part, though, is the staff. Employees are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to assist you with any questions or issues, such as when your doctor's office forgets to send through a prescription order. Highly recommended!

Banner Drug Downtown is the best pharmacy in Statesville! The pharmacists and staff are kind and helpful with all of my medication needs. They have fast friendly service and it is always a joy to see them.
