“I lived in Statesville for about a year and went to this shop for a few oil changes and some other minor maintenance. Patrick and his team were always very knowledgeable and honest about what work needed to be done. Recently, I had tires and alignment done by one of those 10-minute shops here in SC. They didn't have the tech to do a full alignment and ended up knocking my driving stabilization offline and said there was nothing they could do to get it back. I took it to a local Euro car shop, and they said that it wasn't something that could be repaired and that I would need a whole new steering rack ($4500). I emailed Patrick about the problem, and he agreed to take a look at it. I drove 2.5 hours up there, and they did a normal $130 full diagnostic, reset the driving stabilization, and didn't find anything else wrong with the steering. A+ shop and experience, and I would recommend them to anybody that has had issues taking their German cars to a non-specialty shop.”

“I service all my Honda’s here and trust them to do quality work and not to upsell random service. I have also had good experiences purchasing vehicles here. More recently I had an excellent interaction with Sergio Gutierrez about closing out a lease. I asked him for some info while waiting for a car service and he was excellent in giving me guidance for lease closure and offered to contact me when closer to lease end. Indeed he held to his word and nearly two months later contacted me twice before my lease end to be sure I had what I needed. It’s rare nowadays to find someone willing to follow up with a promise (especially 2 months out) and I was very impressed that Sergio did so.”

“I don't live in Statesville, but travel on Highway 70 and I-77 frequently. I have visited there twice, once for a flat tire and once for a mysterious rattle. The staff was courteous and professional and helped me resolve my issues with quick, quality work at a very reasonable price. One time it was 5:30 on a Friday (they were supposed to close at 5) but they stayed late to fix my vehicle. The exterior of the building is modest and unassuming, but they're honest and competent and they got me back on the road quickly and affordably.”

Yes, it was expensive to fix (new transfer case) but Dennis made it so easy. They changed the CV axles and boots and went through the entire thing and essentially had mine finished in 2 days!!!
No one will ever touch a Toyota I ever own but these guys!!!

We were prepared to leave the car and my mom would have been out a car for a few days. They stayed late got the part and got my mom back on the road. “I had been by Air & Hydraulic Services probably 500 times, but my need for their service did not come up until this week. I received a new tractor grapple attachment that arrived with a leaky hose connection. Repair at this shop was quick and reasonably priced and came with a professional, "can do" attitude. When my need arises again I will definitely be back.”
“Great service! Had an alignment appointment at 3 and I was in by 2:50! Got the alignment and my coilovers adjusted in about 45 minutes… Got up to the counter to pay and the lady just asked how I was paying…. Then said “Just give me 80$”….. White Tire in Hickory charged me 120$!…. Will definitely be going back for all my vehicle needs! Go check these guys out!”
