This place is so so amazing!!! I had sent my husband away for over three weeks and did a renovation of our house as a surprise . One thing needed was new den furniture!! It was three or four days before he was due home I called American Trade on East Broad, I explained to her my situation and that I had been unable to leave due to workers in my house, she said run down during there lunch , I did . I came home . Looked into a few other options, called her back, she had said if I wanted it before he came home in a few days she had to know that day,. The owners of this place went out of their way and they had my order here and delivered in four days mind you that’s including a weekend on top of the holiday of Memorial Day! They understood how important this was to me that my house was perfect when my husband returned, I couldn’t have done business with a better place !!! They are so sweet and sold me wonderful furniture at a very nice price,, Let me tell you something!!! I had purchased the BackTrack by Ashley, it’s a chocolate leather with USB chargers , Power foot and head rest recliners, heat and Air massage in all pieces, I got the Sofa, Loveseat and Recliner!! This is the most comfortable couch I have ever owned!! The leather is soft but thick, stitching is nice , it has storage compartments under each arm rest with drink holders built in, a pull down middle in the sofa and built in the loveseat!! My German Shepherd gets the recliner by the window He looked at the new one and said WOW! The old one was manual and he now has USB charger, sink holder , arm rest storage and power reclining foot and head rest, with heat and air massage!!?? SERIOUSLY SEE PHOTOS!!?? Go order yours today!! I enjoyed working with American trade Furniture on my new bedroom suit. My furniture was delivered on time and delivered in great condition with absolutely no problems at all! I chose to have delivery and set up and it went very smoothly and the delivery personnel that come to set it up was very knowledgeable, Very nice And a pleasure to work with! What a wonderful experience! My family was on the search for new furniture and Rochelle went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only did she walk my in-laws through and discuss the furniture choices, she also took the time to search for beds they would like based on images they found. Once we decided on a kitchen table, she also kept us updated on the progress of our delivery (it arrived earlier than expected- yay)!! I stumbled into American Trade Furniture just looking to pick up a couch, but wow, these folks are something else. It's like buying from your favorite cousins. They really care about what you're taking home. The team didn't just help me out, they made sure everything was perfect, like more than I even thought to ask for. If you want a place where they treat you like family, this is it. Big thumbs up from me!
