I was in town today and I was in the area where your facility was located so I stopped in and picked up my supplies for the month instead of having them delivered to my house and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. I see that as a win win for the both of us. I got my supplies and they didn't have to make a delivery

My delivery was great! The delivery guy moved a chair for me so I can get in and out of the door safely. He answered my questions, showed me how to operate the rollater. Super happy here.

It took 5 phone calls and 2 emails to get someone to pick up the bed. Jay dropped it off back in March/April and also picked it up. Great employee !! Kind and professional.

Poor customer service. They do not bill insurance correctly therefore you must pay more out of pocket. Do not recommend!!

I have experienced the best customer service and delivery service. Shout out to Sarah for helping get a hospital bed for my daughter. She kept me informed of the process. Bill delivered the bed, he was great. Showed us how the bed worked, very nice and pleasant to talk to. Answered all my questions and he even remembered our names. I would recommend them to anyone who needs these type of services.

We have used AeroCare since 2022,and everything has been positive. If there have been any issues with the equipment,they don't hesitate to come out when they are called upon.
