Customer service sucks! I ordered a mirror for my 2020 Nissan Rogue on March 3, 2023. Was told my part will be shipped to the store April 18, 2023. Called store several times about my part no one could find where It has been ordered or paid for!! My last attempt about my part was on May 15th. A Lady named Emily did attempt too help me and would have the General Manager call me. He never called!! I called him the following morning. Was a waste of time. Mike proceeded too tell me he was trying too get in touch with higher management about my issue. If so, it would of been considerate to inform me. Anyway, he asked would I like too reorder my part since it's already paid for. I said no, I've waited already almost four months. Finally waiting on my refund

Manager was too busy doing nothing; to help. She walked over pushed buttons and walked away. Cost them a 80$ wiper sale and I will not bother stopping at this one again.
