I got the platinum membership from AAA. The first time I tried to use it I was told the wrecker would be there in 1 hour. I received a call after 1 hour saying it would be another 2-3 hours. I called a local and got towed in 30min. I was told I would be reimburse from AAA but it was denied. The second time I called for a wrecker the same thing happened after 1 hour they told me it would be another 2 hours. I called a local and got pulled out of the ditch. Again the reimbursement was denied. AAA is completely useless. Save your money. I am no longer a member of their poor service

Ryan is the most professional insurance agent I have ever worked with. We saved SO much money by switching from our previous insurance agent in town. AAA Insurance has been taking care of my insurance needs for years now. The price has always been very fair. The level of customer service is why I will only use AAA Insurance. If I ever need anything all I have to do is pick up the phone or send a email. I get a real person and I don’t have to wait on hold for hours. I know without a shadow of a doubt if I ever needed anything both Harvey or Ryan would be there for me. Top Notch Service
