The employees here are exceptionally unprofessional at this location, specifically the manager Mary or Lori her name is. My husband has been buying fuel here for years for our semis, at one point the same woman ran up and extra $900 on a fuel bill and we had to fight with her and wait 2 weeks to get reimbursed for it. Then today she cornered my husband and accused him of stealing a bottle of soda that he had left sitting on the counter after filling his cup because their soda fountain wasn’t working, and the employee fail to ring the soda up as a bottle and instead rang it up and a fountain drink. My husband also missed this , and truly was an honest mistake. When my husband went back a few days later and again, went to the counter PAID for his things, as he always does, she cornered him outside and accused him of stealing the bottle of soda from before, she said he still had to pay for it even though the fountain was down and he was told to use a bottle instead he said I went to the counter I paid, and she went on and on and said that he stole it, false. When he offered to pay for the bottle that had mistakenly been rang up as a fountain drink she told him, no, that he was banned for life and that she could have him prosecuted, over a simple mistake, that mind you the employee was partially responsible for. When my husband tried to reason with her and say please it was a misunderstanding that he’s been coming there for years her only response was that “yeah and you’ve probably been stealing from us for years!”, my husband has NEVER. This is the most unprofessional setting but they have the best fuel prices for diesel which is why we continued coming here, this was completely out of line and so unprofessional. I can’t say enough about how unprofessional the employees, mainly her, are at this store.

Service is great. The workers are very helpful and friendly. I love the taquitos, especially the new pizza taquitos. I wish they have the sausage/bacon egg and cheese ones in the morning. Those are so good.

Great store, great location easy to get in and out. Theyve got a truck stop here as well if youre a trucker! If not, no worries!! The parking lot is big enough it doesnt affect the normal vehicle customers. Theres a great variety of products and The food is always fresh and tastes great! The customer service is on point! They are always so friendly! They go above an beyond to make sure you have a great visit and help their customers with whatever they may need. And last but def not least, the ladies restroom has been clean each time ive been as well! ( didnt use mens) I would def recommend stopping and trying them out. If you do get the r ewards. You dnt need a card just put your phone number in they have lots of great deals with the rewards!

Please don't get the warm foods such as hot dogs, egg rolls, nachos and chilies, etc.. we came here tonight and bought most of the warm food for a late snack. It was EXPIRED. My sister ate the nachos and she said it didn't taste right and after I took a bite into the egg rolls and it smells rotten and gooey. I was sick to the stomach. It seems like everything is expired. For this place to be serving warm food it requiresup to dates serving. This is bad and the FDA needs to be call in asap.

Seems like this store is going down hill. It looks like it use too get 4 or 5 stars and now it's getting 1 or 2. I can understand why it's only getting 1 or 2 stars. I was in there last night approximately 2:35am and the poor girl behind the counter was obviously new because there was a man in there trying to get diesel and the girl, I think her name was Kristie, had to run around the store looking for the manager, I think her name was Lori. When she finally found her she was on her phone, she hung up and very hatefully asked her "What do you need" there was about 5 of us behind the guy trying to get diesel and i think they were having trouble with the pump. Lori acted like it was such a burden to have to come help the new girl. I have been a manager at Waffle House and Arby's and I would never treat employees that way, ESPECIALLY in front of customers. I think you need a new manager. Lori is so disrespectful and completelyembarrassed Kristie the new girl, she almost mad her cry. That's absolutely 100% unacceptable. You need someone like me to manage your store. And no, im Not asking for a job, you just need someone that won't ask employees to do something that you wouldn't do yourself, and I would NEVER leave a new girl by herself with 6 customers in line. Or treat her so disrespectful. I think the owner needs to do a random unexpected visit. Good luck. Your losing good customers because of Lori. I will be posting this on FB to let everyone know what I witnessed early this morning. I don't know who owns this store but I will find out and contact them.

I'd rather shop at literally ANY other gas station. I've never in my life had such a terrible experience at a 7-11. Put aside the fact that none of the self serve machines work, or that most everything is expired in the snack isle, or even that their "coffee station" is literally a half gallon of milk and unstocked sugar, but the customer service is the absolute worse I've EVER experienced in my life. There were 3 people working, including a manager and I was literally ignored No hello, no how are you, Nothing.then I had to wait for the 3 of them to talk amongst themselves about something while i just stood there awkwardly. No apology, no excuse me. Then after I paid they continued to talk and once again did not acknowledge me at all. Just terrible. I will never return.ever.

Lazy workers that don't wanna push a couple extras buttons to be able to purchase a PSN card. Wanted to argue saying that it was a reloadable card and refused to do it without a manager to watch her do it. But yet there is never a manager there.

Went to the location on Salisbury rd and everytime it’s something weird about the lady Lori on night shift today I go get gas I pay for it instead of her starting the pump she claim she forgot to start it and now I have to wait 5 minutes to pump my gas because they doing shift change she has terrible customer service skills she don’t speak back when you greet her thank god the one guy was in there he’s sweet & very polite

So i came to this gas station first thing in the morning to buy Coffee and get some gas, i gave the guy $40 to pay for the Coffee and to put the rest on gas, when i went outside he only gave me $13 on gas... i went back inside and he later said that i only gave him $20 ( we call that stealing in my country) the person next to told that the samething happend to him a week ago.

Please bring the vitamin water zero sugar icee. You all are the monopoly company for zero sugar options. Sheets doesn’t have one Qt does but we don’t have one here. The weight loss surgery groups on fb (which have 359k members) are talking about the zero sugar 7 11 icees. Plus if you have someone that’s diabetic. You all are awesome! Thanks
